National Thinking of You Week Toolkit

Jul 25, 2014 | Thinking Of You Week

The Toolkit is Now Live!

The GCA has launched a new special week to highlight the emotional power of sending and receiving greeting cards. The aim is to create a wave of love, caring and happiness across the nation by joining together to send a card a day to different people during the last week in September.

An online toolkit has been developed (with links to lots of downloads, see below) to help publishers, retailers, charities and other bodies to organise National Thinking of You Week card-sending events across the country.

Retailers

Organise a National Thinking of You Week card-sending event (or events!) during this week your shops.

The GCA is giving a prize for Best Event and Best Window Display. Share your images of your events and window displays via Facebook and Twitter#ThinkingOfYou #KeepBritainHappy @GCAUK

Publishers

Organise National Thinking of You Week events in your local communities, maybe link with a school, a charity, your local community centre or a home for the elderly to write cards and send them together.

Charities and other Organisations

We want as many people to get involved and everyone is welcome to use our toolkit free of charge.

Everyone!

Send a card a day to different people during this week. Feel free to organise events too!

We’d love to know what everyone is up to, just tag us in your Facebook entries @Greeting Card Association and @GCAUK #ThinkingOfYou #KeepBritainHappy
