Guardian Newspaper reports on how Greeting Cards are surviving the smartphone era

The Guardian newspaper visited the Spring Fair at the GCA’s invitation and have written a lovely piece on card sending.

Guardian journalist Amelia Tait contacted the GCA in January to ask if the British still send Valentine’s Day cards. Amanda Fergusson, GCA ceo, invited Amelia to join her at the Spring Fair in Birmingham to meet members and see that yes – the British are still sending cards! Amelia spoke to lots of GCA members to understand how card sending in the UK has changed over the years and what the current trends are.
