GCA AGM - New Speaker Announcement!
A third keynote speaker has been announced for the GCA AGM and Conference: Dr Lynda Shaw cognitive neuroscientist and business psychologist.
Sharon LIttle, GCA ceo commented, "Members will remember Dr Shaw's inspiring presentation at a previous AGM, detailing research which has shown the positive effects on the brain of receiving greeting cards. This time she will be revealing the latest research showing the importance of handwriting on child development, cognition, memory and the generation of ideas."
Lynda will be joining James Daunt, ceo of Waterstones and Giles Andreae, of Purple Ronnie, Edward Monkton and Happy Jackson fame in the line up of prestigious speakers.
The event is coming up quickly on 8 November. Members have been emailed booking forms for the event and the free workshops. Booking deadline – Friday 28th October 2016.
The day will kick off at 11am with the AGM, followed after a short break by the Conference and keynote speakers. A delicious lunch will be held in the Gladstone Library, a beautiful room with stunning views and be followed by the workshop sessions.
