The Greeting Card Activity pack is live online and comprises fun lesson plans covering art and design, literacy, poetry writing, exploring multi-cultural festivals and maths.
Download the free Greeting Card Activity pack here. There are also free coordinating packs each containing 60 cards to go with the lesson plans, all provided by our members and supplied free to schools via Royal Mail. For your free pack of greeting cards, email Barry Wiles at Royal Mail.
“This resource is set to be the most successful of all Royal Mail’s education initiatives,” said Barry Wiles, Royal Mail’s education manager launching the resource. “The packs of cards are going down a storm with a very high demand from day one – teachers are definitely doing their homework on this!”
Sharon Little, GCA Chief Executive is keen to to encourage teachers to use the resource. “This is a really great resource aimed at creating excitement about cards and helping to show the younger generation how sending cards is a really special form of communication.”
